For general contractor projects, as agent for our client, we also assume responsibility for the site management. The construction manager implements the planning, supervises the contractors and guarantees compliant inventory documentation.

- Time schedules and completion of daily construction records
- Estimates , invoicing and approval
- Key hand-over
- Registration of the defects liability period
- Total cost determination and documentation
